Welcome to another weekly round up of books I have read. It will be a quick round-up this week as I have only read two books, but I am getting towards the end of an 800 page book at the moment, that I am loving.

So, here we go…

I have read most of Amanda James books when she was with Bloodhound Books, I have kept up to date with all her releases but not read her early ones. A Stitch in Time is a brilliant read and one that is a historical fiction/ romance and contemporary fiction read with a time travel element in it. I really enjoyed this story, it is essentially a romance with a twist. One I have read as part of my 20booksofsummer reading challenge.

I do like historical fiction and I was delighted to read The Mersey Angels by Sheila Riley. I read the first I this series last year  (I think!) and I enjoyed catching back up with the characters. It can be read as a stand-alone but then you would be missing out on the first book! Keep an eye for this. One as part of the upcoming Blog Tour. 
As I mentioned I a currently reading a book, this is also a historical fiction one and if you follow me on Goodreads then you will be able to have a sneaky peak to see what it is. I have to say it is a brilliant book 🙂
